Safari

- In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option.
- Select the Preferences link.
- In the Preferences window, click the Advanced tab.
- At the bottom of the window, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox.
- Return to the Safari menu bar and click the Develop option.
- Select the Empty Caches link.
Chrome

- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
- Select the More Tools link.
- Select the Clear browsing data link.
- Use the drop-down menu to select the time range you want to clear browsing data.
- Clear browsing data by selecting checkboxes. Select the Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
- Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
Firefox

- In the Firefox menu bar, click the Firefox option.
- Select the Preferences link.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Under the History heading, click the clear your recent history link.
- Select the Cache checkbox. You can select multiple checkboxes for other browser information to clear as well.
- Click the Clear Now button
