SET is an interval format that used to be used by 24hr Fitness for their SET classes – the name has changed but not sure what it is called now.  Basically It’s 17 songs + a cooldown.  BPM is 126 for all 17 songs.  There are cueing whistles 30sec before the end of each song & each song is about 3:18 min in length.  The songs are NOT mixed together and there are no gaps between the songs.
